ENGINEERED TO OUTPERFORM
While DTG printing is fast and inexpensive, quality is inconsistent at best. Factors like fabric material, thickness, and even color can greatly impact print quality and print-to-print consistency.
OVERALL: DTG made digital printing possible, but is flawed in ways that severely limit its capabilities and overall satisfaction.
Performance Printing Technology
DIGISOFT® combines the speed and efficiency of DTG with the higher print quality of DTF, but without their limitations. DIGISOFT® prints are fast, efficient, and affordable without compromising on quality.
OVERALL: DIGISOFT® technology outshines all other print types with high performance in each of the most important evaluation criteria.
Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing greatly improved on print quality from DTF, but is slow, inefficient, and finishes with a heavier hand. DTF is capable of unique prints like foil transfers, but is far less suitable for scaling business.
OVERALL: DTF prints are vastly improved relative to DTG, but is lacking in speed, efficiency, and scalability.
